Why This Piece?
We took the sheet pan our chef partners used daily in their kitchens and made it even better. The commercial-grade 3004 aluminum ensures both durability and quick, even heating. Furthermore, our Sheet Pan features an aluminum rod that fills the space underneath the rolled rim, creating an enclosed rim that increases durability and simplifies cleaning (as food and oils can't become trapped inside).
